A dismissal decision must be challenged within 30 calendar days of service. In employment disputes the burden of proof lies with the employer and the proceedings are exempt from court fees. We represent both employees and employers before the labour division of the tribunal.

Reinstatement in your former position and damages equal to the indexed salaries you would have received from dismissal until actual reinstatement.
Does suing my employer cost anything?
Employment claims are exempt from court stamp duty. Only the agreed lawyer's fee applies.
Can I claim overtime from three years ago?
Yes, the general limitation period for salary rights is 3 years from the date they became due.
